- ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Ted Arterberry, Contracting Officer, CCAM-AL-B, FAX NUMBER 256-955-9237. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. NSN: 1630-01-159-4466, PRON: AX0F5106, P/N 7-111412021-7, NOUN: Cylinder Assembly, H, 3-year IDIQ, Min: 300 each/Max: 900 each, applicable to AH-64. Current quantity of 300 each, deliveries going to New Cumberland, PA. Estimated production lead time without First Article Testing is 180 days after contract award. This item is restricted to the approved sources(s): Eaton Corporation, CAGE 99643 and The Boeing Company, Cage Code 8V613 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
