Description

Fraud Prevention Presentation DRAWINGS Specifications in PDF format Solicitation Documentation The purpose of this action is to issue the solicitation for the RECOVERY ACT- SOLAR PANEL INSTALLATION. In addition to the solicitation document, the attachments include the specifications, drawings, and fraud prevention presentation. This solicitation is a 100% SET-ASIDE for a SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS with a NAICS CODE of 238210 and includes a SMALL BUSINESS STANDARD OF $14.0. The small business firm is required to self perform not less than 25% of the work. The potential offerors should take note that there is a site visit scheduled for May 26, 2010 at 10AM as identified in Section L.13 of the solicitation document. You are required to provide notification of all attendees to Al Petto via email albert.petto@nist.gov at least three (3) days prior to the site visit date. The email address is located at Block 9.B. on SF 1442. Please be prepared for at minimum of 30 minute processing time when you arrive at the National Institute of Standards and Technology Campus. Offerors that do not submit the required information three (3) days prior to the site visit may not be able to be accommodated. Proposals are due by noon eastern daylight savings time on June 21, 2010.
