- The Bureau of Land Management, Alaska State Office has a requirement for whole fish, benthic macro invertebrate, and other fish tissue sampling. Detailed information, including specifications, will be included in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov or at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/ on or about May 17, 2010. Offers will be due June 7, 2010. This procurement is available to all business sizes. This acquisition is being conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The solicitation is subject to the provisions of FAR Parts 12 and 13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541380, size standard $12.0. Offerors must have a Dun and Bradstreet (DUNS) number and register at www.ccr.gov (Central Contractor Registration) to be eligible for award of any federal contact. Additionally, it is recommended for interested parties to register at www.orca.bpn.gov (Online Representations and Certifications Application).
