- Contract: AG-31ME-C-09-0021 Task Order # 5: AG-31ME-D-10-0038 Title: recovery- GLS Guaranteed Loan Services Description(s): THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. A TASK ORDER IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,230,472.93 IS BEEN ISSUED TO UNISYS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USDA CONTRACT: AG-31ME-C-09-0021 GUARANTEED LOAN SERVICES PROGRAM The awarded contract will be funded in whole under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The awardee shall comply with the reporting requirements mandated by FAR Subpart 4.15 and FAR clause 52.204-11, American Recovery and reinvestment Act- Reporting Requirements. By reference, FAR Clause 52.204-11, American Recovery and reinvestment Act-reporting requirements, is incorporated in its entirety into this RFQ. Rural Development requires that the contractor conduct a comprehensive study of all software the GLS has in production that uses the CA Gen case tool for development with the intent to convert all software to J2EE JAVA. This includes CA Gen proxies, batch processes, on-line processes, CA Gen servers (including all action blocks), and all block mode screens. Identify all processes to be converted to a new technology and develop a proposed plan identifying any dependencies. Convert all processes (batch and on-line) to the new J2EE JAVA programming language and integrate into the GLS with no loss of functionality. Modify the ESP scheduler for any operating changes based on the conversion. Any architectural issues must also be addressed and resolved with this task.

- Address: Contractor work performed at Government facilities will be at 4300 Goodfellow, St. Louis, Missouri unless otherwise negotiated. Subject to security regulations, the Government will provide the contractor with access to the facility to perform work in accordance with this contract. The contractor’s staff shall be physically located in the St. Louis metropolitan area to ensure immediate on-site response is available as necessary for imaging and document management maintenance services., St. Louis, Missouri, United States
