The purpose of this modification is to respond to a material issue regarding the date recorded in Section L.14 "Inquires" of the subject solicitation. <col style="width: 20pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 950;" span="1" width="26"><col style="width: 273pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 13312;" span="1" width="364"><col style="width: 20pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 987;" span="1" width="27"><col style="width: 203pt; mso-width-source: userset; mso-width-alt: 9910;" span="1" width="271"> Round 1 of Solicitation # HSBP1010R0030 Questions Q&A period to end 4:30pm EST., May 24,2010 Q# Question Answer 1a Section L.14 "Inquiries" states that questions will be received by the Government until May 11, 2010 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. This solicitation was posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov on May 11, 2010. Please advise whether the Government intends to extend the due date for questions and, if extended, what that new date will be. Section L.14 "Inquires" is hereafter changed from "May 11, 2010" to "May 24, 2010. 1b The Standard Form 33 shows an issue date of April 26, 2010 in block 5. This solicitation was posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website www.fbo.gov on May 11, 2010. Please advise whether the Government intends to extend the due date for this solicitation, and, if extended, what that new date will be. No material issue exists as a result of the issue date.
