Description

Fuel Management Program dated 2/11/09 contains the processes related to the supplier’s fuel usage of contract. CDS Terms & Conditions Issue 5, dated 2/18/2010, contains terms and conditions related to this contract. Offerors will need to open and print the attachment labeled 'FORMS THAT MUST BE COMPLETED & RETURNED'. Prospective offerors should open the 'READ 1st Sol 060-91-10, CDS 12469” file to determine whether they have interest in performing the required service. Route #- 12469 Termini- Cairo, NY –Round Top, NY Response Deadline- 06/14/2010 @ 15:00 ET Contract Term- 07/31/2010 through 03/31/2014 This is a four year, regular, renewable contract to provide service in accordance with Terms & Conditions Issue 5 2/18/10 and Statement of Work 12469. Prospective offerors should open the "READ 1st Sol 060-91-10, CDS 12469” file to determine whether they have interest in performing the required service. If interested, prospective offerors will need to take into account all instructions and references in Solicitation Package 060-91-10 in order to formulate their offer.
