- Contracting Office Address Commodity Futures Trading Commission, 1155 - 21st Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20581 REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to identify sources and receive information on available office and related space within the Downtown submarket of New York, NY. The Government is seeking sources of available office and related space for lease of approximately 60,000 rentable square feet of office and related space in a single building. The Government seeks a lease for a period of ten (10) years. The Government intends to use this information from prospective sources to issue a Solicitation for Offers. LOCATION: All properties submitted to the Government must be located within the Downtown submarket of New York, defined as the area bounded by:  North: Murray Street starting at the Hudson River heading East, to West Street heading South, to Barclay Street heading East, to Broadway heading South, to Park Row heading North, to Beekman Street heading East, to Gold Street heading South, to Fulton Street heading East, to Water Street heading South, to John Street heading East, to intersection of South Street  East: South Street  South: Intersection of South Street and State Street, to State Street heading West, to Battery Place heading West, to the Hudson River  West: Hudson River Requests for additional detail on the Delineated Area should be addressed to the Contractor below. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) years. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM May 21, 2010 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name & address; 2) Contact information and E-mail address of Lessor's Representative; 3) Rentable & usable SF (with usable calculated per BOMA standards) available, identifying the specific floors and square footage on each; 4) Asking rental rate per RSF; and 5) Confirmation that the offered space will be ready for the commencement of tenant improvements in order to meet the required schedule set forth below. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the Offeror enter into negotiations or discussions concerning this space requirement with any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) or their authorized representative, Studley, Inc. PROJECT SCHEDULE/OCCUPANCY: The Government requires that the space be built out and available for occupancy by no later than May 1, 2012.
