- Notice of Intent to solicit to a limited number of small business sources. Under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 6, Subpart 6.302-1, the Rock Island Contracting Center, Pine Bluff Contracting Office, intends to solicit only to approved sources in accordance with drawing 12972279, for Stanag Labels. The listed vendors product has been tested and approved by the US Army, Armanent Research, Development and Engineering Center. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. In doing so, interested sources must submit technical capabilities, pricing, and other information that demonstrates their ability to meet the Governments needs. Detailed capabilities must be submitted to Rock Island Contracting Center, 10020 Kabrich Circle, Building 17-120, CCRC-ISP, Attn: Crystal Tooke, Pine Bluff, AR 71602-9500. This synopsis is not considered a request for bid. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on a basis of offers received in response to this notice, but offers will be used to determine if a comparable source is available and more advantageous to the Government.
