Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for a multi-year (initial year plus four consecutive option years) preventive maintenance contract for HVAC System and Equipment located at the National Wildlife Visitor Center, Patuxent Research Refuge in Laurel, MD. The Statement of Work for Preventive Maintenance includes, at a minimum, all services on the equipment listed and a schedule of service inspections and maintenance schedules for the systems. The NAICS is 238220. This is an unrestricted procurement. Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act apply. Interested contractors must be registered at the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. Electronic submissions will NOT be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a cost proposal to be considered. Award will be made to the contractor who demonstrates a Best Value to the Government. The solicitation package will be posted to fbo.gov on or about May 24, 2010. Proposals are due June 24, 2010 by 4:00pm (EST), to Marsha Browning, Contracting and General Services, US Fish and Wildlife Service, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035-9589.
