Description
RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Odyssey International, Contract No. W912DR-09-D-0063 Initiated as part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, (Pub L. 111-5) dated 17 February 2009, U.S Fish and Wildlife (USFW) received authorization for this project. In general terms, this Task Orders effort consists of providing all management, plant, supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to provide a screen wall around the top of the mechanical yard central plant building of the water chiller for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services (USFWS) National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) Cooling Tower. PHASE I Screen Wall at the Central Plant. The task order will have a performance period of 120 calendar days. The contractor will be required to complete the task order work within the task order performance period or liquidated damages will be assessed. The period of performance shall include time for all activities from date of issuance of the task order notice to proceed, including any design, if design/construct is applicable, ordering of materials, construction, and time required for final clean-up, inspection, acceptance, and close out of the task order. The contractor shall notify the COR, in writing at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the date the work will be fully completed and ready for final inspection.
