Fuel Management Program Wage Determination HWY Vehicle Specifications HWY Terms & Conditions HCR Pre-Award Forms 300-132-10 HIGHWAY CONTRACT ROUTE ORIGINATING OUT OF ALBUQUERQUE P&DC, NM - EL PRADO, NM VEHICLE TYPE - TWO (2) TWO AXLE TRACTOR (SINGLE DRIVE) TWO (2) 53 FOOT TANDEM AXLE TRAILER (3180 CUBES) ESTIMATED ANNUAL SCHEDULE HOURS - 6,331 ESTIMATED ANNUAL SCHEDULE MILES - 211,991.2 Bid "without Fuel" on Line 6. Supplier will be required to submit their estimated annual fuel gallons to perform service which will be included in the contract. After the closing date of the solicitation (bidding process), the offer and the fuel gallon (Line 6) will be used to determine the winning bid. No adjustments to fuel gallons will be made during this contract term. Please complete and submit the following forms by mail or in person: PS Form 7405, 7468A, 7319C, 5472, 2025, and 2181-C. PLEASE DO NOT FAX BID OFFER.
