- TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY EVER PMIS # 152464 - Construction Management Services for the "Replace Two Failed Plugs (Dams) at Cape Sable" construction project. SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. Receipt of award is contingent upon the offeror meeting the requirements of Section 1512 (reports of use of funds) of the Recovery Act. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The opportunity is only being offered to contractors awarded blanket purchase agreement (BPA) contracts exclusively with the National Park Service (NPS), Denver Service Center on an indefinite quantity basis. The work to be performed under the call order against the BPA consists of providing on-site construction inspection and administration, office services and site visits for the "Replace Two Failed Plugs (Dams) at Cape Sable" construction contract. The primary duties of the contractor will be to provide on-site Construction Management Representatives to manage the NPS construction contract. The BPA Contractors are Post Buckley Schuh & Jernigan (Contract No. B2000080300), HDR Engineering, Inc. (Contract No. B2000080500), Alpha Construction and Engineering Corporation (Contract No. B2000080600), and The Louis Berger Group, Inc. (Contract No. B2000080700). Selection of the successful contractor for this call order shall be based on the BPA's evaluation factors and price.
