- The 36th Contracting Squadron INTENDS TO MAKE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD to Cycles Plus LLC for 3 New Kawasaki JT1500 Jet Skis Ultra 260X with warranty and a 3-year service program. This award will consist of service, technical support, and maintenance of the current fleet of the Andersen Fire & Emergency Services Kawasaki jet ski rescue fleet and shall include: pick-up and drop-off from Sirena Beach, Guam for any maintenance, trouble-shoot and repair and have the jet skis back in service as soon as possible. In addition, scheduled maintenance will be provided on a quarterly basis. This requirement is in support of existing 36 CES/CEF service program. Under the authority provided in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b) and 13.501, the Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available. Interested parties are invited to submit information concerning their capabilities, experience, and data pertinent to their ability to provide the same equipment for use in this project that meet this requirement no later than 12 May 2010 at 16:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Written responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating your firm's capability to provide information submitted. Respondents will not be notified of the results of an evaluation of the information received. No contract award will be made on the basis of responses received; however, this information will be used in the Contracting Officer's assessment of capable sources. The size limitation for email attachments is five (5) megabytes per individual email message. Only email responses will be permitted. If, after 12 May 2010 at 1630 Eastern Standard Time no viable responses have been received in response to this announcement, the Contracting Officer shall initiate a contract award solely to Cycles Plus LLC.
