Description

RECOVERYTAS::14 1041::TAS NAMA-150359Title III Services for the Construction Project known as Restore the District of Columbia War Memorial,NAICS: 541310 This project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requiremetns of the Act. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is only being offered to Hord Coplan Mach, the Architect/ Engineer of Record for the project, known as Restore the DC War Memorial. In compliance with FAR 6.303 and 6.304 and under authority of 41 USC 253c(1) as outlined in FAR 6.302-1, the required Title III services for this solicitation are deemed available only from the Architect/Engineer of Record. It is likely that award to any other source would result in a substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Hord Coplan Mach is the designer of record for the predesign, schematic design, the final construction documents. The National Park Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Hord Coplan Mach Title III services. The NAICS for this work is 541310.
