RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): CALVARY CONTRACTING, INC W912QR-09-D-0042; SEMPER TEK INTERSTEEL (JV) W912QR-09-D-0043; NORTHVIEW ENTERPRISES INC W912QR-09-D-0044; POWELLS DESIGN BUILDING CONSTRUCTION/ENGINEERING DESIGN TECHNOLOGIES (JV) W912QR-09-D-0045; AND BAMKO, LLC W912QR-09-D-0046 The scope of work for this task includes the conventional construction to construct a wetland on IDNR property near John T. Myers Lock and Dam. This civil works project is located approximately 14 miles southwest of Mt Vernon, Indiana. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials (both permanent and temporary), supplies, and labor to construct the wetland as defined in the plans and specification. The contractor shall coordinate all work with the COR. The IDNR Property Manager at the Hovey Lake Office, Mark Pochon, shall be informed of the progress and schedule. The Contractor shall complete the following tasks according to the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). The contractor shall install the water supply as shown on the plans. See option details on Sheet CS104. The top eight inches of material within the outer perimeter of the wetland berm will temporarily need to be stored within the inner perimeter as shown on the drawings. The COR shall inspect the property before the berm construction begins on the cleared land. See the Earthwork Specification for additional details. The inlet structure(s), outlet structure(s), and bubbler shall be constructed as the berm is being built. All disturbed areas shall be restored per the seeding and planting specifications.
