Description

Amendment 0002. Amendment 0002 added 10 May 2010. The purpose of this amendment is to change the following: A) Block 8 of the SF 1449, Offer Due Date/Local Time, is extended from “14 May 2010 @ 4 PM PST” to “04 June 2010 @ 4 PM Local Time, Pacific”. Access to the project sites is currently limited due to weather. The Sled units require a 3-mile walk-in. Access should be improved in later May. B) Update FAR Clause 52.212-5 dated Apr 2010 to add check to FAR 52.219-14 Limitations on Subcontracting. C) NOTE: FAX and Email Responses will NOT be accepted. Hard copy offers must be returned to: USDA Forest Service EROC Northwest, 16400 Champion Way, Sandy OR 97055. D) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and offerors must acknowledge all amendments to the solicitation.
