- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease between 12,300 and 12,800 usable square feet of warehouse, office and related space. The usable space must yield a minimum 900 contiguous ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The lease term requirement is for five (5) years with two (2) years firm and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than June 15, 2010. Space must be capable of being fully accessible to the physically handicapped, must meet minimum seismic requirements, and must not lie within the 100 or 500-year flood plain and will be subject to any and all other building or construction rules, regulations, laws and/or ordinances on the local, county, state and federal levels as they may apply. The delineated area is within eight (8) miles of 1650 Cochrane Circle, Fort Carson, CO 80913 and one (1) mile from access to Interstate 25 The initial tenant is the Health Facilities Planning Agency-Western Region Program Office.
