- Description
- The Government has a commodities requirement for mounted helmet marker lights. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334511 with an employee size of 750; the SIC code is 4240. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The incorporated provisions and clauses are current to Fac 2005-41, Effective 13 Apr 2010 and class deviation 2009-O0009. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: 0001 Hel-Star 5 LGT: provide three separate, switchable functions with a choice of white/green alternating flash, green steady or IR flashing. Must be able to be operated by a gloved hand. Must be waterproof, O-ring sealed design, with single, field-replaceable lithium 123 cell. Separate on/off switch. Must be capable to use with parachute risers. Must have a Velcro mount that provides an emergency take off feature.
