- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, intends to purchase the following: a new Gas Convection Steamer. The contractor shall provide all services consisting of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment supervision and incidentals necessary to remove old oven and install a new Gas Convection Steamer at Cotton wood Day School, Navajo Route 4, Chinle, Arizona 86503. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMN00100093 herein cited as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The items will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-30. This acquisition is a small business set-aside. NAICS Code: 238290, Small Business Size Standard: $14.0. Contractor is to remove the old unit and take to the Maintenance yard. Then install the new unit with all hook ups and provide new users training to the Kitchen Staff at Cottonwood Day School. 1.Southbend Gas Convection Steamer, Model GCX-2S-36 1 ea @ $________; 2.414002, 12" x 20" x 2-1/2", Solid stainless steel pan 4 ea @ $________ = $ ___________; 3.414004, 12" x 20" x 4", Solid stainless steel pan 4 ea @ $________ = $ ___________; 4.BB1677, Quick Disconnect Flex gas hose 3/4" x 48" and fittings 2 ea @ $________ = $ ___________; 5.Ridgid electrical power cord 1 ea @ $________; 6.Electrical power conduit and boxes 1 ea @ $________; 7.Ridgid water lines and fitting 1 ea @ $________; 8.Installation/Removal/labor Charges 1 job @ $________;9.Freight/Delivery 1 job @ $________; 10.Applicable Taxes 1 job @ $________; TOTAL $________________ Specifications: Gas heated steam boiler operating at 15 psi (103 kPa) and rated at: 200,000 BTU, 36" Cabinet; Propane Gas; and 115 VAC, 1 Phase, 60 Hz. In accordance with DIAR 1452.210-70 and FAR 52.211-6, the items in this solicitation are identified as brand name or equal, parts must be compatible with the gas convection steamer. Award will be made at a fair and reasonable price to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforming to the requirements herein will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. DELIVERY: To the Government at Bureau of Indian Affairs, Cottonwood Day School, Navajo Route 4, Chinle, Arizona 86503, Attention: Steve Tsosie at (928) 725-3235/3256. INSPECTION: Inspection will be done when delivered to Bureau of Indian Affairs, Cottonwood Day School, Navajo Route 4, Chinle, Arizona 86503, Steve Tsosie, Facility Manager. Convection Steamer must past inspection before acceptance. CONTRACT CLAUSES: The following clauses apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items. 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items.
