THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Kenneth Hahn Architects, W9128F-10-D-0010 Design 10 new 4 bedroom single family houses. Design will include extending existing utilities and street system from existing FY09 family housing project to service the 10 new homes. Houses are 2,150 SF each and are all sized for Senior NCO's. Design deliverables include Site Planning Charrette, 100% Design Submittal for Review and 100% Ready to Advertise IFB package.
