Description

CONTENTS: RETAIN DOCUMENTS. DO NOT SUBMIT DOCUMENTS WITH PROPOSAL. THESE ARE PERTINENT DOCUMENTS TO THE HIGHWAY CONTRACT TRANSPORTATION ROUTE. This solicitation is for the fixed price highway transportation service to be provided as per the enclosed Statement of Work. For evaluation purposes, Line 6 (Fuel) on PS Form 7463A must include the number of annual gallons ONLY. Yhe cost per gallon and total cost should be set at zero ($0.00). (See the Fuel Management Program Document). Fuel gallons will be considered when processing our analysis. Every document in the Proposal Submission Package must be completed and returned.
