THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO VESSEL CO, INC OF FAIR LAWN, NEW JERSEY, UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF 41 U.S.C. 253(C)(1) AND FAR PART 6.302-1.
