- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement intends to award a Purchase Order on a sole source basis under the authority pursuant to FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) to Production Resource Group (PRG). This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) - only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. PRG is the sole provider of Audio/Visual Equipment for the 2010 National Sheriffs' Association (NSA) Annual Conference. This Purchase Order will be for Audio/Visual Equipment to be utilized for reception, visitation and meeting/administration during the NSA Conference being held at the Anaheim Convention Center, California June 26, 2010 through June 30, 2010. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This notice expires on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 1:00 pm (EDT).
