Description
Request for Information Admissions Web Site Survey, Department of Admissions, US Air Force Academy, CO 1. Purpose: Obtain price, delivery, industry trends and standards, commercial availability, market information, capabilities and technical solutions and approaches to assist in planning and possible future acquisition for creation of Admission Web Site Survey. 2. Background: The Directorate of Admissions launched a new web site in July of 2009. The web site was not based on a lot of research and the Admissions Office needs to know how well the new web site is meeting the needs of our customers. Our customers are interested students, parents, educators, admissions liaison officers and congressional staffers. 3. Objectives: Contractor needs to write an appropriate Admissions Web Site Survey to meet needs of Department of Admissions, US Air Force Academy, CO 4. Provide information on aspects of creating a survey, administering a survey and analyzing a survey. 5. Questions: a. What is a viable length of a web site survey? How many questions should it be? b. Typical length a web site survey be posted out on the web? c. What is a better approach? A)To have survey come up for anyone who visits our web site in order of visits or B) Have survey come up randomly? d. How many responses should there be to constitute a significant difference? e. How do you determine the proper questions to find out the usability of our web site? f. How long does it take to create the survey? g. How long does it take to analyze the survey? h. What is a typical price range? i. What are typical industry practices and processes to create a website survey? j. Any special payment arrangements typical in the industry? k. Are there any licensing agreements required? l. How is product/service delivered, specifically what formats? m. What other information is helpful. Is a brochure available?
