TACOM-Warren proposes to solicit, negotiate and award a new contract on a sole source basis with the United Telephone Company of Ohio, 5454 W. 110TH Street, Shawnee Mission, KS, 66211-1204. The purpose of this procurement is to procure an upgrade from an existing analog phone system to an ISDN system. The negotiated contract will be a firm fixed price with an estimated award value of $8,676.16. Proposals you wish to submit must be received by the point of contact by 2:00 p.m. May 07, 2010.
