- NSN 5360-00-824-0522, PN 11577982, Noun: Spring, Leaf. End Use is the M109 Howitzer. Proposed contract is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside (SDVOSB). Any award resulting from this solicitation will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract with five ordering periods. The guaranteed quantity is 2000 packages of 10. The maximum quantity over the life of the contract is 25,000 packages of 10. The Spring, Leaf consists of the Spring, Leaf (NSN 5360-00-824-0522) for M126E1 155MM Howitzer. Manufactured part made from Clock Spring Steel SAE 1095. Overall length is 13.50 inches X 1.250 inches wide X 0.025 inches thick. It has one.376 diameter hole and one.38 X.68 inch slot. Protective Plating Process required. FOB is destination. Estimated issue date is 24 May 2010. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list.
