- The Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies and materials to perform Painting and Repairs on the Fort Leonard Wood Military Installation, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Lake of the Ozarks Recreation Area (LORA), Camden County, Missouri. Construction details and Statement of Work (SOW) will be provided when the formal solicitation for proposals is issued. All documents relating to the requirement will be posted on-line and availible for download. The intended award will consist of one base period and one additional one-year option. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is to be a fixed price requirements type contract, in which individual Delivery Orders will be issued for a specific quantity of work to be performed at specific locations and to be completed under specific amounts of time. All quantities are estimates and will depend on actual requirements. The solicitation is to be released on or about June 1st, 2010. Solicitation shall be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, which is https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Solicitation will be provided in response to written requests only. Reference the solicitation number, state the name of the requestor, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, DUNS number, Cage Code, and TIN. Any request that does not include the above-stated required information will not receive a response. FAX or e-mail requests will be accepted.
