Description
This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared inaccordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Rack Adapters to HouseVishay 2210B Signal Conditioners. Each rack adapter to have the capacity to house (10) Vishay 2210B Signal conditioners(existing) Provide for full functionality of 2210B signal conditioners Fit into 19 rack taking up no more than 4 standard rack units Provide input connection utilizing a Bendix PT06A-14-15 (SR) connector for each signalconditioner Provide +/-10V output signal using BNC receptacle for each signal conditioner Provide connect provide access to remote calibration and balance functions of the 2210Bamplifiers and provide +5V supply 110 Vac, 60 hz operationThe provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC _2005_-_39_[http://nais.nasa.gov/far/ ]. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1.The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 334519 and500 employees,respectively. The offeror shall state in their offer their size statusfor this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to NASA Glenn Research Center, Calibration Lab, 21000 Brookpark Road, Mail Stop21-6, Cleveland, OH 44135 is required within 14 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOBDestination. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by close of business May 21, 2010, toAntoinette M. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in theclause entitled 'Buy American Act -- Supplies,' the offeror shall so state and shall listthe country of origin.
