Description
General Provisions Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is TRAVF040700014; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38 01 Feb 10, Defense DCN 20100305, and AFAC 2009-1030 20100305. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 531311. The business size standard is $2M. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is R799. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 6531. THIS IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Travis AFB intends to award a purchase order for a Family Camp (FAM Camp) Manager in accordance with the attached statement of work. The period of performance is 1 Jun 10 - 31 May 10 CLIN 0001: Non Personnel service contract to provide for a Fam Camp Host Manager at Travis AFB for a year period begining on 1 Jun 2010 ending 31 May 2011 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999): (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1: Contractor must be in place and ready to work 1 Jun 2010 : 2:Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
