RECOVERY TAS::14 1112::TAS Project Number LDDFR040000 - Kotzebue Building Improvements. This is a Bureau of Land management project awarded and administered by USFWS. SUBJECT TO THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009 REPORTING REQUIREMENTS THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO IDIQ HOLDERS AWARDED AS RESULT OF SOLICITATION 9821003R207 MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACT (MATOC) ON THE WESTERN HALF OF THE UNITED STATES. The three companies who will be competing for this project are C3, LLC., CH2M/Hill, and URS Group, Inc. Full and open solicitation 9821009R207 is a two step acquisition under FAR 36.3 and FAR Part 15 and awarded on December 9, 2009.
