- Solicitation Number SPM4A610Q5633, PR0024167035 NSN: 5855014906896, Infrared Viewer, unit of issue is Each (EA) and is in accordance with Part Number NVEC-1700R from Night Vision Systems LLC with Cage 0NTN5. Solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12 and 13.5 as an Unrestricted, Firm Fixed One Time Buy without a quantity option requirement since the current requirement will fill the current demand, at Other than Full and Open procedures. Commercial item determination is needed as this item is commercial per SAP 08 April 2010. The quantity requested for this requisition is 3. Cost and pricing data is not required as the requirements of FAR 32.5 have not been met. Progress payments will not be included as this requisition has not met the requirements. Economic Price Adjustment is not applicable. FOB is Destination. Inspection/Acceptance is at Destination. Quantity Variance is plus or minus 0%. Required delivery is 90 days. PR Line 0001 for a quantity of 3 is customer direct and will be delivered to Fairchild AFB, WA. This item is not a critical application item or a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP 08 April 2010. ABVS applies. NSN will not be evaluated for a new LTC package since there is not a consistent demand for this item. The combined synopsis/solicitation will be issued on 03 May 2010. Closing date will be 24 May 2010. Estimated award date is 11 June 2010. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
