Description

On April 15, 2010, the National Park Service issued notification of intent to solicit and award an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity quantity contract for the provision of road materials for use in Grand Teton National Park. The solicitation is cancelled and a new solicitation is intended. The intent is to post the solicitation on May 4, 2010, with the due date of May 14, 2010. Materials shall include 1/2' hotmix asphalt, 3/4'crushed road base and crusher sand. Sand and Gravel must be available June 1, 2010 through October 30, 2010 and Asphalt available from June 1, 2010 thru September 30, 2010 at sites within 25 miles of the boundaries of Grand Teton National Park. The Park Service will haul materials with NPS owned equipment. One award is intended under a sealed bid commercial item contract on a full and open competetive basis. NAICS code for this procurement is 212311, with 500 employees the standard for classification of a Small Business. Sealed Bids from this solicitation will be due May 14, 2010 at 3:00pm local time.
