Kirlin Special Projects, LLC, W91278-10-D-0044; Linc Government Services, LLC, W91278-10-D-0045; Robins and Morton, W91278-10-D-0046; Syska Hennessy Group Construction, Inc., W91278-10-D-0047; Turner Construction Company, W91278-10-D-0048; United Excel Corporation, W91278-10-D-0049, under the Facilities Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization Defense-Wide: Tricare Management Activity (TMA) Program. This Recovery Act approved project, Modernize Kirk Army Health Clinic, will provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete a Site Survey and Final Report, prepare a Type III Work Plan based on the Site Survey Report, and complete the repairs and construction requirements detailed in the Work Plan. The project includes repairs to mechanical, electrical and communications systems, as well as hazardous materials abatement and repair / replacement of architectural features including flooring, walls, doors, ceilings, finishes and casework.
