- Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Oklahoma - Texas Area Office (OTAO) wishes to purchase extended limited warranties on two (2) Overland Storage ARCvault 12 Tape Autoloader automated database backup devices. The extended warranty will offer technical assistance via helpdesk or on-site visits, if required, five days per week, nine hours per day (07:30 AM through 04:30 PM Central Time), with next business day response, and to include all parts and labor. Since the original extended warranty has lapsed, any response to this Request for Quotes (RFQ) must include costs for the recertification of both ARCvault 12 devices to meet original manufacturer's specifications. One device is located at the Oklahoma - Texas Area Office in Austin,TX and the other device is located at the Oklahoma - Texas Field Office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Reclamation will issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) per FAR Part 12 and Part 13 procedures on or around April 30, 2010 with quotes being due on May 14, 2010. The RFQ will be issued as a small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS ) Code 334112 and a size standard of 1000 employees. An RFQ is being issued to facilitate submittal of quotes through electronic commerce and to view all applicable clauses and attachments. RFQ No. P10PS6H001 will be issued via www.fedbizops.gov at the link provided in this notice. Vendors may also check our website, http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Offerors should visit the website after April 30, 2010 in order to access the RFQ and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Hard copies of this solicitation will be available upon request. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov. You will need your Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information. All responsible sources may submit a quote which, if received timely, shall be considered.
