- PR No: FD2030-10-71345. A fixed quantity, firm fixed price contract is contemplated for NSN: 2840-01-527-7721PR, GE P/N: 9526M11G06, AMC: 1C, NOUN: Support, Turbine Nozzle. This will be a Requirements Contact with 1 Base Year and 2 Option Years. QTY/DELIVERY: In addition to the production quantity there will be a First Article Government Test requirement of 3 ea (not to be counted as part of production quantity). First Article delivery is 90 days ARO to BFY2303 FAGT. Production Quantity after First Article Approval will be 63 ea for the Base Year with a required delivery of 31 May 2012, Option Year I, 126 each and Option Year II, 121 each. Deliveries for each Option Year exercised will be determined at a later date. Proposed New/Unused Government Surplus Items will be considered. P/N and mfg verification will apply, must have prior Government ownership and a 100 percent end item inspection will be required, and in the original shipping/package marked with original contract data. All surplus items must meet the drawing specifications as outlined in drawing 9526M11. Surplus test and verification will be conducted IAW Tech Order no. 2J-F110-44. Note Production Quantity is subject to change depending on the number of surplus items accepted by the Government. Destination for Production Quantity: Ship to FB2039. Dimensions: Width 29.9040in/ Height 2.4070in/ Weight 25lbs; Predominant Material: Nickel Alloy, Application: F110-100C Function; Supports Axially End of Nozzle Segments. Qualification information can be obtained from OC-ALC/BC, ATTN: Source Development Office, 3001 Staff Dr Ste 1AG85A, Tinker AFB OK 73145-3009. This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. There are approved sources at this time. All responsible sources who submit a proposal shall be considered by the Government, however, sources must be qualified prior to award. Award will be made only if the offeror meets qualification requirements in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
