Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the purchase, installation and user training for one (1) Diffusible Hydrogen Analyzer to detect and quantify diffusible hydrogen content in weld metal. Delivery shall be FOB Destination and is required 30 days after the date of issuance of the purchase order. The purchase is being made on the basis of full and open competition in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The small business set-aside has been dissolved. A detailed Specification/Statement of Work will be included in Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00167-10-T-0069 which will be issued and posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website at http://www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS website at http://www.fbo.gov/ on or about 17 May 2010. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered by the agency. Note: All prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, prior to award of a contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchase agreement.
