- Description
- The U.S. Department of Energy, Golden Field Office (GFO), located at 1617 Cole Boulevard, Golden, CO, has a requirement for Administrative Support Services. The Government intends to award a Performance-Based, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) Commercial Services Contract with a twelve (12) month Base Year and four (4) Option Years. Task Orders issued will essentially be FFP with Time and Material/Labor Hour task orders possible for less defined requirements. The procurement is solicited as a 100% 8(a) Competitive, Set-Aside, commercial service in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 19.805-1 and FAR Part 12. The contractor will be required to provide the following Support Services: Clerical, Mail, Facilities and Property, Records Management, Administrative, Paralegal, Financial Management, Financial Assistance and Acquisition, Human Resources, and Acquisition Systems Help Desk Support Services. The NAICS Code is 541611 Office Administrative Services with a size standard of $7 Million. Offerors must be registered in Central Contractors Registration (CCR) (http://www.bpn.gov/ccr). Joint Venture Agreements- Joint Ventures are allowable on competitive 8(a) set-asides, however, the joint venture agreement must be received by SBA prior to proposal due date and approved before award of any resulting contract. If you are contemplating a joint venture on this project, advise your assigned SBA Business Development Specialist (BDS) in writing as soon as possible. The agreement should be submitted as soon as practicable to ensure compliance with established regulations. Any corrections and/or changes can be made only when your BDS has adequate time for a thorough review before the proposal due date. NO CORRECTIONS AND/OR CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER TIME OF SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL OR BIDS.THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE OPEN ONLY TO 8(a) ELIGIBLE FIRMS, COMPETITIVE NATIONWIDE.
