- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Department of Veterans' Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) located in San Juan, Puerto Rico intends to solicit an urgent and compelling contract with Las Americas Petroleum Services, Corp. to provide all repairs, maintenance, testing, and inspections for the Underground and Aboveground Storage Tanks (UST/AST) as specified in the contract and in accordance with all terms and conditions. These requirements will be in strict accordance with the Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) laws and regulations. Interested contractors may respond with details of their technical capability, and the Government will solely use this information to make appropriate acquisition decisions. All information received by 9 a.m. EST, Monday, May 3, 2010, will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements. NAICS 541380 with a size standard of $12.0M. No solicitation document is available. Interested parties may request a copy of the Statement of Work prior by the closing date of this notice.
