Description
GSA Automotive is issuing a competitive Solicitation for shuttle buses and passenger buses to delivery locations in Germany, Spain, and Italy for the US General Services Administration (GSA) European Region (EURO) Interagency Fleet Management System (IFMS). Award will be made to only one (1) representative model for each line item in the solicitation. The successful offeror will be the lowest, responsive, responsible offeror who meets the government's requirements. Where more than one offer is received for a representative standard item for which there is only one model, award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible offeror who meets the Government's requirements. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract. The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) Base Year with four (4) Year Options and will contain an economic price adjustment clause. This procurement is for full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336211 and the size standard to be considered a Small Business is 1000 employees or less. Total Time for Delivery is 180 days after receipt of order (ARO). Perspective offerors will be required to provide the required vehicles as stated in the solicitation specifications and in accordance with European emissions and safety standards. Offers must be in English and U.S. Dollars. Solicitation QMAE-T9-100007-N will issue on/about 4/29/2010 at this website (www.fbo.gov), and will close on/about 6/2/2010. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 25 - Foreign Acquisition and Source Selection procedures found in FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. Anticipated Evaluation Factors are: Technical Capability, Corporate Experience, Management Capability, Past Performance, and Price.
