- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision to Enhance Corridor/Stairwell Phase I, Project 557-10-916, at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, GA, in accordance with drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, to include replacing all corridor doors, installation of new laminate flooring in main corridor, installation/repairs to corridor handrails/bumper rails, refurbishment of back stairwell and other related work at the medical center. Cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and size standard $33.5 million applies. The solicitation package and drawings should be available for download on or about May 13, 2010. No hard copies of the solicitation or drawings will be provided. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by DVA. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside.
