DBA Experience Capability Statement 0554 Plans # 2 Plans #1 Photo #4 Building Photo #3 Building Photo #2 Photo #1 CN General Construction Notes SOW Restrictions Statement of Work #2 Specifications SF 1442 Cont 0554 SF 1442 Cover Pg RECOVERY DESCRIPTION: Camp Nesbit Improvements - Environmental Educational Youth Camp - Ottawa National Forest, Kenton Ranger District in Iron County, Michigan. The project is to provide: 1) Reconstruction of existing accessible elements/components (i. e. ramps, entrances / exits, doorways, doors, routes, etc. ) of A) Kitchen / Mess Hall, B) Recreation Hall, & C) three sleeping quarters building units 2) Construction of accessible elements/components (i.e. ramps, entrances / exits, doorways, doors, routes, etc.) for A) Nine remaining non-accessible sleeping quarters building units, B) three bathroom/ shower buildings, & C) the Director 's/ Caretaker 's sleeping quarters building unit 3) Demolition (i.e. "gutting") and renovation/ reconstruction / rehabiiitation of the interiors of three bathroom / shower buildings to meet current ABA standards; 4) Refinishing and / or replacement of flooring in the Recreation Hall building and in the Kitchen / Mess Hall building; 5) Repair exposed stone chimneys on the three bathroom/ shower buildings & on the Director's, Caretaker's sleeping quarters building unit; 6) Replace plumbing fixtures in Kitchen / Mess Hall building restroom; 7) In the Kitchen areas of the Kitchen / Mess Hall building, add floor drains & connect to existing sanitary piping below floor; and 8) Replace ceiling and walI finishes in the Kitchen areas. PROJECT LOCATION: 7 miles south of Sidnaw, MI: From the intersection of South Sidnaw Rd & State Highway M-28 (nearer the east side of the town of Sidnaw), travel approx 5.8 mi southerly along South Sidnaw Rd to the intersection of Soulh Sidnaw Rd & F. R. 2400 (aka Norway Lake Rd) thence, easterly along F. R. 2400 approx 1. 7 mi to the intersection of F. R. 2400 & F. R. 2493 (aka entrance Rd to Camp Nesbit) thence, southerly & westerly along F. R. 2493 approx 0.5 mi to Camp Nesbit. Repair, by replacement, 15 roofs and 2. Stain the exterior of 23 buildings located in the Camp Nesbit Complex
