Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U.S Army Reserve, Mission and Installation Contracting Center, Army Contracting Command, Fort Dix, NJ 08640 intends to make this procurement a one hundred percent (100%) Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 484210 the small business size standard being $25.5M or less. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91LV2-10-T-0027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Vendors must be within 60 miles from Ft. Dix, NJ. The anticipated start date for this effort will be 1 Jun 2010. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted services as set forth below and in the Procurement Work Statement at Attachment 0001, Statement of Work entitled, Relocation of Office Furniture from Fort Monmouth, NJ to Fort Dix, NJ, dated 26 April 2010. This acquisition will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The services will be performed at the following location: Bldg 1208 at Ft. Monmouth, NJ and Bldg 5418 at Ft. Dix, NJ It is requested that all Contractors view the following Attachments: Attachment 0001 entitled Statement of Work entitled, Relocation of Office Furniture from Fort Monmouth, NJ to Fort Dix, NJ, dated 26 April 2010 Attachment 0002 consisting of Floor Plans dated 26 April 2010 ( 7 diagrams) Attachment 0003 consisting of 12 pictures of workstations and office furniture All Contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award or quotes will not be considered. Vendors may register with CCR by calling 1-800-334-3414 or register online at http://www.ccr.gov. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical, Delivery, price and past performance. Please provide an response to how you will meet these requirements. The anticipated award will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The Quoters must submit quotes on the full quantity identified. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to make no award under this procedure. Please see attached statement of work. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offers specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
