- In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub L 111-5, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. In accordance with FAR 5.704, Publicizing - Preaward, the Government posts this notice of intent to issue a modification to existing Department of State contract S-AQMPD-07-C-0009 with Stanley Associates, 3101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 700, Arlington, VA 22201. The project description is as follows: Under its contract to furnish all personnal, facilities, technical infrastructure, supplies and support services to operate the Arkansas Passport Center, Stanley Associates will build-out two public counters. The public counters will make it possible for the qualified members of the traveling public to apply for and pick up passports/cards at the Arkansas Passport Center. Stanley will complete the build-out on a fixed-price basis under its line item for Facility Build-Out.
