Description

RECOVERY - A modification for $13,999,962 was issued to Danya International, Inc. against Task Order HHSP233201000303G. The modification is to exercise the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) portion of this task order since ARRA funding and non-ARRA funding cannot be co-mingled on the same action. Therefore, the ARRA portion of the work of the subject task order was separated out as an optional task that was exercised via a modification the same day the task order was awarded on April 28, 2010. This modification is being funded by ARRA funds. The task order was competitively awarded under FAR Part 8.4. This task order was awarded as Time and Materials because it is not possible, at the time of award, to estimate the extent of the work with any degree of confidence. The task order will specify fixed hourly rates and material costs and will include a ceiling price that the Contractor exceeds at its own risk.
