- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure Flight Deck Light (FDL) Drivers that are required to operate the FDL with the C3I Lighting Control Panel. The purpose of this acquisition will be to modify contract N68335-09-C-0425 to include the required FDL drivers. N68335-09-C-0425 will also be modified to include option quantities for seven production shipsets. The Government intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.”
