- Required configuration This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This requirement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 334111 (b) NR OF EMPLOYEES: 1000 The purchase of 226 each, AOpen Digital Fanless Engines, P/N DEX4501-FL (configuration attached). Only quotes for new equipment will be considered (no refurbished equipment). By submittal of this quote, vendor confirms to have sourced the product submitted in this offer from AOpen or through an authorized AOpen reseller or distributor. Mfr: AOpen Justification for Brand Name Only: AOpen is the only known system that meets FDCC 2.x requirements for a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) power-efficient, fanless, high-end media center that shall operate in environments where dust and dirt predominate and for locations requiring silent operation. The system is required to be equipped with the Intel GMA4500MHD chipset, that delivers premium graphics and smooth High Definition (HD) video playback. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO. Quotations should be emailed to Becky Cochran (becky.cochran@robins.af.mil) no later than 3 May 2010, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 12 May 2010. Please do not request award status prior to this date.
