- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F9L3CE0104A003; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-40 and Defense DCN 20060711. This acquisition will be 100% set aside for small business; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326199. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 4235. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3089. This request for quotation consists of the following spill containment pad systems: 1) a total of three systems with individual System Width of 13 feet, Length 65 feet, End Walls Height 3 5/8 inches, capacity 1,735 gallons. Plus an additional 65 feet of integral ramps. Plus one filter box and brass ball valve. The sump deck is constructed from ¼ inch steel plate. The wall structure is tri-linear steel wall. The system is coated in 1/16 inch nominal fiberglass resin with glass. 2) One complete system with the salient characteristics as above. This second system has a Width of 13 feet, Length 100 feet, End Walls Height 3 5/8 inches, capacity 2,685 gallons. Plus an additional 200 feet of integral ramps. Plus one filter box and brass ball valve. 3) Five containment pads with 90 degree walls 6 feet by 6 feet by 6 inches with a 135 gallon capacity. 4) One containment pad with 90 degree walls 6 feet by 9 feet by 6 inches with a capacity of 202 gallons. 5) One containment pad with 90 degree walls 6 feet by 6 feet by 3 5/8 inches with a capacity of 122 gallons, 6 feet integral ramp and a filter box and brass ball valve. 6) One containment pad with 90 degrees walls 10 feet by 10 feet by 3 5/8 inches with a capacity of 183 gallons, 20 feet integral ramp, and a filter box and brass ball valve. 7) One containment pad with 90 degree walls 8 feet by 12 feet by 3 5/8 inches, 8 feet integral ramp, and a filter box and brass ball valve. All or equal items must meet or exceed the features of the items described to make complete, functional spill containment systems. The delivery location is 9020 East Globemaster, Tulsa, OK 74115. Requirement includes installations at the same location. Upon award the contractor will be required to coordinate delivery with the customer.
