Description
This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command.The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, Virginia 22448 intends to procure a Telemetry Data Processor to support real time and post mission processing of missile telemetry data on a competitive, small business set-aside basis.The system will be able to process two simultaneous streams of Pulse Code Modulation (PCM), FM modulated Pulse Code Modulation (PCM), or Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) telemetry data and associated Doppler Video. The Data processor will be responsible for decommutating and displaying selected telemetry streams as well as using an FFT process to create "Shades of Gray vs. Time" display of the associated Doppler Video. Additionally, it will remotely control a government furnished receiver and digital data recorder via an easy to use Graphical User Interface.A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. The delivery of requirement needs to be 120 days ARO or less. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517919 with a size standard of $25,000,000. The closing date of this announcement issue/posting is 9:00AM EST on 12 May 2010. The anticipated solicitation date is 12 May 2010. The anticipated due date for proposals is 14 June 2010. The anticipated contract award date is 9 July 2010.
