Description
SCA PA SCA OH SCA MI SCA IN Experience Capability Statement 0564 RFC Maps Schedule of Items Statement of Work SF 1449 Cont 0564 SF 1449 Cover Pg RECOVERY: The Eastern Region of the US Forest Service (R9) has approximately 17,000 miles of trail divided into approximately 11,000 trail segments. Trails have Trail Management Objectives (TMOs), which are fundamental building blocks for trails management. TMOs must be in place prior to additional trail inventories. Trail inventories, assessments and identification of tasks provide managers with an opportunity to make sure that they have a current, working knowledge of their trail systems. These surveys are called Trail Assessment and Condition Surveys (TRACS). The TRACS inventory system is a method for gathering credible data on National Forest system trails in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Pennsylvania. This project includes approximately 2,773 miles of various trails on the forests listed on the schedule of items. PROJECT LOCATION:The project is located on a variety of National Forest (NF) system trails within the Allegheny National Forest (NF), Hoosier NF, Huron-Manistee NF, and Wayne NF. THIS PROCUREMENT IS HEREBY "100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES" This project is funded in whole by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. (ARRA) All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR/ORCA) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/ ****************************************************************************************************************** “NOTICE: FACSIMILE/EMAIL PROPOSALS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE”
