- Requirement: Notice of intent to use Other Than Full and Option Competition: The USDA/Rural Development currently leases approximately 8,739 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet of space at 625 SE Salmon Avenue, Redmond, Oregon which expires September 30, 2010. The USDA/Rural Development plans to execute a full serviced succeeding lease for a 5 year firm term for approximately 10,414 ANSI/BOMA Office square feet, with a 5 year firm term option. The Government will require a 120 day cancellation clause in this lease. The Government will require 22 secured and off-street parking spaces for vehicles. The space must be available for occupancy by October 1, 2010. The delineated area is within the boundaries of: North – Highway 126; South – SW Airport Way; East – Redmond Airport; West – Highway 97 in Redmond, Oregon. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Indicate whether or not the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. •Date of space availability. •Method of rentable space measurement. •Building ownership information. •Amount of parking available and its cost for non-government vehicles. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required secured Government parking. •Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. •List of building services provided. The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
